"Since starting the challenge my blood pressure, that has always been in the mid 140s over low 80s, has gone down to 114 over 68. I found this out at the wellness center this week as they took my stats before my workout.
I've been on blood pressure meds over 2 years now and they haven't been able to bring the blood pressure that low. So I think there must be a direct link to not just physical health but emotional health with the things Amber's covering with us ."
